What is the CDM Regulations 2015?
CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations 2015 govern health and safety in construction projects. They place duties on clients, designers, and contractors to manage risks from design through to build.
What are my legal obligations as an employer?
Employers must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety, and welfare of their employees and anyone else who may be affected by their work. This includes providing safe systems of work, training, PPE, and a written Health and Safety Policy if you have five or more employees.
